We see and hear the word “culture” bandied about a lot as it relates to the workplace.Three definitions for culture are listed below.

- Shared attitudes, a particular set of attitudes that characterizes a group of people
We work with clients everyday to help them identify, promote and support people who fit into their culture.
We can do this very effectively with individuals because we measure existing successful people in a position and create benchmarks using an incredibly accurate tool called the Prevue Assessment. When the benchmark is created, it is easy to compare an applicant against this benchmark.
