According to a series of national surveys conducted among non-profit organizations, the rate of executive turnover expected over the next five years is expected to range from 62% to almost 78% and will continue to increase into the next decade.

Hiring Solutions has entered the non-profit niche to fill an important need for succession/transition services for key executives. While working actively in the transition process, HS can also provide interim staffing from a pool of experienced non-profit executives leading to a smooth staffing transition.

Our mission is to provide our clients the best candidates available. Hiring Solutions will accomplish this by working closely with our clients to develop a succession or transition plan based on their culture and strategic direction. We will work tirelessly to find candidates that best have the characteristics required for success in the position to be filled and also meet the criteria of the succession plan.

Hiring Solutions is not an executive search firm, but rather, your partner in preparing and implementing a strategic approach to filling vital positions. At the same time Hiring Solutions can play a crucial roll by providing experienced interim executive support during the hiring process.

Our partners and associates have been involved with hundreds of staff transitions in the non-profit sector and have helped perfect a process now known as the Total-Applicant Processing System. Total APS is a process involving human insights and experiences and sophisticated software that streamlines, simplifies and quantifies the hiring process. The system extracts key information from screening and selection tools, and produces customized applications. The information empowers the hiring team to make accurate, objective decisions about who should proceed to the interview process and which candidate is likely to be the most successful hire.
