Emotional
Intelligence Profile
Emotional Intelligence is a key factor in personal and professional
intelligence, but how can we develop it completely if we have
not measured it?
This
Profile uses participant responses to specific situations,
real and hypothetical, on two scales: Degree of Structure,
and Motivation or Drive, creating a four-quadrant grid to
help describe the tendency to draw on one or more of the following
styles:
- Reflective
- Conceptual
- Empathetic
- Organized
The
EI Profile plots relative individual scores in all these quadrants,
and provides detailed explanatory/interpretative notes. |
